The Cullinan Education Center provides instructional programs developed to meet specific learning needs at various levels.

The center provides four types of tutoring programs:

1. Reading, Reading Comprehension, Basic Writing and Spelling
2. Grammar/Writing
3. Math Assistance
4. Study Hall for Middle and High School Students
